Term 2 : Week 8 - arcs and paths of action

Hi!

This weeks assignment is to look at the acrs and paths of action within animation. We have learnt that arcs are used in nearly every motion the two examples being shown are the classic bouncing ball and the pendulum both of which would look incorrect without arcs. Arcs are used to increase the flow of motion and to give the animation more life. Whenever an object moves there is an invisible path it follows (its path of action) this path is used to visually describe when our inbetweens should be placed to make sure they fall in a smooth line.

My assignment was to revise shot two - the parkour scene and correct the issues highlighted with my eCritique and upload my blocking pass for shot 3:
